Voicemail is a highly feature packed, usually optional, devise allowing companies to make a professional first impression and improve communication management and productivity. For example; all incoming calls can be answered quickly and efficiently, even if there is no staff member available; detailed messages to be left for staff and accessed from the desk or remotely; customers can stay in touch with you 24 hours a day.

Virtual Receptionist - Automatically answer and transfer incoming calls. As a "virtual receptionist," the Compact II will assist your receptionist to handle calls during peak periods.
Greet Callers - According to the time of day and week. The Compact II can be programmed to say "Good Morning" or "Good Afternoon."
Take Messages - Compact II provides up to 50 Voicemail boxes.
Options - Provide callers with options once they arrive at your mailbox. Callers can choose to leave a message, be forwarded to another number (eg. mobile phone) or be returned to reception.
External Notification - A message has arrived. The Compact II can call staff on their mobile phone and play their Voicemail messages moments after they arrive.
Catch all calls - After hours, on weekends and during holidays. Customers can leave messages for individual staff when the Compact II automatically switches to after hours mode. Today, people expect to be answered regardless of the time of day. Give your clients the opportunity to ring day or night.
On Hold Messages - Entertain and inform callers with a customised On Hold message. Promote your company every time a client or potential client calls
