Telstra Business Phone Systems Call Plans
 

Telstra offers a choice of competitive call plans to help you stay on top of costs:

           

o       Business Connect 2                                       Ideal for small businesses with less than 5 fixed lines
o       Business Options Connect                           Suits medium sized businesses with 5 to 9 lines
o       Business Premium Connect                        Suits businesses that spend more than $10k p.a. on Telecommunications
o       Corporate Connect                                          Suits businesses that spend more than $25k p.a. on Telecommunications
 
o       Receive a monthly rebate of up to 14% off eligible calls.1
o       Use the monthly rebates to help offset the cost of the business phone system
o       Review your Telstra call rates after three years depending on the plan chosen to help you to remain on competitive rates.2

 Telstra offers competitive call rates depending on your spend level.

o       Corporate Connect is available to eligible customers with an annual telecommunications spend greater than $25,000. 

o       Business Premium Connect is available to eligible customers with an annual telecommunications spend greater than $10,000

Receive an extra 4% monthly rebate off eligible calls with a Telstra Business Systems complete communications solution. The rebate depends on the type of call plan chosen and can help to offset some of the cost of the telephone system.

  1.   Rebate dependent on the terms of the Telstra business solution type you sign up to and not dependant on you acquiring finance.  The 14% rebate is only available to customers who acquire a Telstra Solution (excluding Business Connect) with a minimum 4 year term.

               2.  Only customers on Business Options Connect, Corporate Connect or Corporate Connect 2 call plan may, after 36 months, request a price review.   If alternative pricing is offered by Telstra at that time with substantially the same terms as the customer’s existing agreement, alternative pricing will apply for the remainder of the term, subject to Telstra and the customer executing a document of variation.

All Telstra Business Systems® communications solutions come with an easy to understand bill for your Telstra calls, telephone system and maintenance.  Financing your new phone system will give you access to flexible payment options to meet your circumstances and your finance will also be conveniently located on a single Telstra bill. (A single Telstra bill including finance payments is available for customers who take finance for a Telstra-provided telephone system from Capital Finance Australia Ltd and purchase maintenance services from Telstra.)
