Samsung Telephone Systems Instructions on how to:
SET CALL FORWARD TO AN OUTSIDE NUMBER (ie. MobilE phone)

This document reveals how a user can set a call forward from an individual telephone extension to an outside number. This outside number can be any number from a mobile to another landline. You can set 5 types of Call Forward "modes" which cater for the differing circumstances where a customer will require a call forward. Below these 5 modes are broken down in plain english for you:

The DCS system allows five types of call forwarding.

FORWARD ALL: This mode will mean that any call that hits an extension will be forwarded to a destination number.

FORWARD NO ANSWER: After a telephones ring cycle is completed, be it 4 rings, 8 rings or 12 rings, the incoming call will then be forwared to a destination number.

FORWARD BUSY: If a users telephone is busy in any way ie. already on a call, the phone is left off hook creating a busy tone, or if the phone is in "Do Not Disturb" mode, then in the event of another call arriving on this telephone it can be forwarded to the pre-determined destination phone number to avoid missing the call.

FORWARD BUSY/NO ANSWER: This mode allows both the "FORWARD BUSY" and "FORWARD NO ANSWER" options to be activated at the same time, provided that destinations have been entered for both.
