How to set/ change the time on the NEC XEN AK824/DK616/DK824/NDK9000 telephone systems

  1. To enter the Time programming mode, press the FNC (function) key, then press 9#
  2. To change the hours and minutes displayed on your handset screen, press the number keys on your dial pad
  3. To change the AM/PM setting, press the RECALL key
  4. To move your flashing cursor to the right, press your # key. Press the * key to move it to the left
  5. To enter the Date programming mode, press the HOLD key
  6. To change the day of the week, press the RECALL key
  7. To change the date, press the # key until the flashing cursor is on the date, and then change the date with the number keys on your dial pad.
  8. To change the month, press the # key to move the cursor, then press RECALL to adjust the month
  9. To change the year, press the # key to move the cursor, then use the number keys on your dial pad to change the year 10. To save your changed settings, press the FNC key.
