Change Date & Time on Samsung Phone System

 

 

SET SYSTEM TIME / DATE on Samsung Phone System                              

To Change the Current System Date and/or Time
 
  1. With the handset down, Press TRSF then dial 200
 
  1. Enter password 1234
 
  1. Screen will display “Disable”, Press Volume + to change Disable to Enable.
 
  1. Press SPEAKER button
 
  1. Dial 505
 
  1. Display shows Current Date & Time with the following listed below..
    1. WMMDDYY:HHMM   where…
                                                              i.      W        =          Day of the week. 1=Monday, 2=Tuesday etc
                                                            ii.      MM      =          Month. 03=March, 10=October etc
                                                          iii.      DD      =          Date. 02=2nd, 28=28th
                                                           iv.      YY        =          Year. 04=2004
                                                             v.      HH       =          Hour (24). 16=4PM
                                                           vi.      MM      =          Minutes.
 
  1. Key new date and time.
 
  1. To change to 7pm on Friday 12th January 2005. dial 50112051900
 
  1. Press TRSF to save change
